Return and Refund Policy

*Our return and refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full reprint or refund.*

Returns

If you receive your item damaged, printed incorrectly, or in defective or bad quality please contact me at stamlerart@gmail.com. Attach photos of the full product, the damage, and your receipt. Once this email is received, I will contact you with the shipment information for your replacement product.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. They will not accept the return item. The new product will mail to you, and you may dispose of the damaged one.

If you have issues with the reprinted item as well, we will take the steps for a refund. Send images of the product, and we will issue a refund within 5 business days of receiving the photos.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We cannot offer exchanges for other reasons at this time.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
